The AeroPress is a handheld coffee brewer developed by Alan Adler and consists of a cylinder and a push button with a silicone seal, similar to a syringe, which is very effective for brewing specialty coffees.
The concept of the Aeropress brewing method is simple, but there are a variety of recipes you can use.
INGREDIENTS & UTENSILS
AeroPress
6-8g of Entorno coffee per 100ml.
Water temperature between 80-85 °C (176-185 °F)
PREPARATION
Add freshly ground Entorno coffee to the Aeropress.
Add a bit of hot water and allow the coffee to bloom for a few minutes, then add the rest of the water.
Let the coffee bloom for 2 minutes.
Stir the ground coffee gently from edge to edge
Seal the Aeropress and turn it 180 degrees, placing its head in the head of the cup to be used. In this step, we recommend you moisten the filter of the Aeropress lid.
Enjoy your Entorno coffee!
